1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bdt44 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bdt44 online gaming platform available at bdt44.ws and all associated services, features, and content.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any service provided by bdt44, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&C in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. 2Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on bdt44, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons under legal guardianship or with restricted legal capacity may not register.

• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of bdt44 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors, and you must not be a close family member of any such person.

bdt44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bdt44 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3Account Registration & Security

Each eligible individual may register only one account on bdt44. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Where bdt44 identifies that a single individual has registered multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods — all accounts associated with that individual may be immediately closed, all balances forfeited, and any outstanding withdrawals cancelled.

• You are responsible for maintaining strict confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify bdt44 customer support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. bdt44 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
• bdt44 reserves the right to impose session time limits, cooling-off periods, and account login restrictions as part of its responsible gaming controls. These restrictions are designed to protect players and will be applied at bdt44's discretion.
• Account balances are non-transferable. You may not transfer funds from your bdt44 account to another user's account, nor may you sell, transfer, or assign your account to any third party.

bdt44 reserves the right to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on any account at any time. KYC verification may be required before a first withdrawal, upon reaching cumulative withdrawal thresholds, or at any time bdt44 deems necessary for compliance or fraud prevention purposes. All information provided during KYC must be genuine and accurate.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

bdt44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Accepted methods for Bangladesh players include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Payment methods available may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be subject to daily, weekly, or monthly caps depending on your account verification status.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. bdt44 will reject deposits identified as originating from third-party sources and may take action against the recipient account.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 2–12 hours for fully verified accounts. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by bdt44. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• bdt44 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, including requesting source of funds documentation. During active investigations, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended without prior notice.
• bdt44 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. However, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside bdt44's control. Currency conversion charges (if applicable) are the player's responsibility.

bdt44 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) procedures in accordance with applicable standards. Suspicious transactions will be investigated and reported to relevant authorities where required by law. Accounts involved in suspected financial crime will be suspended and funds held pending investigation.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

bdt44 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. The general conditions set out below apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the offer-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Players who have self-excluded, are under cooling-off periods, or whose accounts are under review are not eligible for promotions.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.

6Betting Rules & Bet Settlement

All bets placed on bdt44 are subject to the rules and regulations of the relevant game or sport as published by the respective game provider or governing body. Where game-specific rules conflict with these general T&C, the game-specific rules shall prevail. General betting principles include:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by bdt44, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the player except in the case of obvious errors or where bdt44 offers a cash-out facility explicitly.
• Bets are settled according to the official results published by the relevant sports governing body or game provider. In the event of disputes, bdt44's decision is final and binding.
• Maximum payout limits apply to specific games and bet types and are published in the game rules or betting markets. Winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout will be capped at the maximum amount.
• bdt44 reserves the right to void any bet or series of bets where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, match-fixing, money laundering, technical errors, or any other breach of these T&C. In such cases, bets will be voided and stakes returned.

For live in-play betting, bdt44 endeavors to provide real-time odds but is not liable for delays, transmission errors, or odds discrepancies arising from technical limitations. All in-play bets are subject to acceptance by bdt44 before they are considered valid.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on bdt44 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to law enforcement where applicable:

• Using bots, automated betting software, scraping tools, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Collusion with other players, chip dumping, syndicate betting, or any form of coordinated betting designed to manipulate outcomes or exploit the Platform.
• Money laundering or using bdt44 as a payment processing channel for illegal funds. All deposits must originate from legitimate sources and be demonstrably your own funds.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or game malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Players are obligated to report any such errors to bdt44 customer support immediately upon discovery.
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward bdt44 staff, other players, or any third party associated with the Platform. All users are expected to maintain respectful communication at all times.

Any breach of these prohibited activities will result in immediate investigation. bdt44 may, at its discretion, suspend accounts pending investigation, confiscate balances where fraud is confirmed, and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in cases of suspected criminal activity.

8Account Suspension & Termination

bdt44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these T&C, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, prohibited activities, or payment rules.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, money laundering, or any criminal activity. In such cases, bdt44 will cooperate fully with relevant authorities and may provide account information as required by law.
• At the player's own request through self-exclusion or account closure procedures, or where bdt44 deems account closure necessary for responsible gaming protection.

Upon account closure for any reason other than self-exclusion, any remaining balance will be returned to the player after deduction of any outstanding fees, charges, or amounts owed to bdt44. Where account closure results from fraud or breach of T&C, bdt44 reserves the right to forfeit all balances. Players may not open new accounts following closure for breach.

9Responsible Gaming

bdt44 makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of Platform content or game outcomes. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You use the Platform at your own risk. bdt44 does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Platform. Technical issues, network outages, or third-party service failures are outside bdt44's control and do not constitute grounds for refunds or compensation.

12Amendments to Terms & Conditions

bdt44 reserves the right to amend, update, modify, or replace any part of these T&C at any time without prior notice. All changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these T&C periodically for updates.

Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and may close your account through customer support.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from or relating to your use of bdt44 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which bdt44 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you consent to this governing law and jurisdiction.
